The Role This is a temporary role, for an initial period of two months (with possibility of extension), to join our Finance team, based at our HQ in Lisburn. The purpose of the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is to assist the Director of FP&A to provide financial insights and projections to support decision making and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Data analysis to provide insights to the business. Assist with financial reporting Update and utilise financial models. Support with budgeting and forecasting across all business arms. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: As a people-orientated organisation, candidates must be part or fully qualified accountants who can demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture and our core values; Listen, Empower, Accomplish and Innovate. Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience; Functional: Demonstrable experience providing financial analysis and utilising financial models, in a fast-paced finance environment. Previous corporate finance experience is highly desirable, whether in practice or industry roles. Experience of financial modelling. Strong MS Excel skills. Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills. Personal: Self-Starter with high energy to work with multiple stakeholders across the business High level of attention to detail. Display high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times. A collaborative approach to team working. Focused and efficient to complete tasks in set timescales and to a high standard.
