Job overview FM Assistant Band 2 – £12.51 per hour (£24,465 per annum pro rata) 20 hours per week (Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 11:00) Unsocial Hours Payments: Saturday – Time plus 41% of the salary, Sunday – Time plus 83% of the salary.
Location: Mountnessing Court, Billericay.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the ward(s) / areas you are assigned to are cleaned in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tasks include vacuuming floors; sweeping, scrubbing and mopping; high and low dusting; wiping and polishing (when applicable) vertical and horizontal surfaces, mirrors, chairs, bed frames, bins, sanitisation bins; cleaning toilets, sinks, baths and showers; cleaning cookers and kitchen equipment; defrosting fridges regularly; restocking consumables such as toilet tissue, hand towels and soap; descaling taps; and replacing bin liners. (Note: surfaces should not be soiled with body fluids.)
Shift Pattern
The shift pattern will require two members of staff to cover weekend shifts.
