Shared Services Manager | PE backed Environmental Services | Salary £45,000 - £50,000
I am currently partnering with a PE backed Environmental Services company who are looking for a Shared Services Manager to join the growing team. This is a newly created role within the team and one which will grow with the company.
My client is looking for someone who has the ability to roll up their sleeves and not afraid to push back to deliver on the end results.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the operational finance, bringing in new processes and procedures to build a best in class function.
* Manage the AP/AR function and build then lead a small team.
* Responsibility for integrating acquisitions and their AP/AR function to the group structure.
* Identify and implement best practice standards, standardised operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls across all shared service activities.
* Establish robust governance and reporting mechanisms to monitor service performance and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centralised transactional finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will need to have worked a similar position previously and have excellent experience working within a transactional finance team. You should also be comfortable working with senior leaders and managing stakeholders.
You will work with finance and non-finance stakeholders and drive the function forward.
