The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager (Web & Social) to own and execute Bright.Blue’s marketing output across our website and social channels (LinkedIn & Instagram).
You’ll work closely with:
* The design team → to ensure all output is visually aligned and consistent
* Sales team → to align messaging with commercial priorities and active opportunities
This is a hands-on execution role, suited to someone early in their career who wants real ownership and the opportunity to grow quickly.
You will be responsible for bringing our existing brand direction to life consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and evolve the Bright.Blue website
* Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns and sales use
* Structure content for clarity, SEO, and conversion
* Ensure consistency with brand, UX, and visual standards set by the design team
* Own Bright.Blue’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
* Plan and publish consistent, high-quality content
* Turn projects, deployments, and launches into ongoing content
* Align output with sales activity and company priorities
* Create content to support web and social:
* Sales decks and one-pagers
* Campaign pages and materials
* Translate product features into clear, commercially relevant messaging
* Ability to structure and write clear, effective web content (including SEO basics)
* Social media management (LinkedIn & Instagram)
* Graphic design skills (Figma, Adobe, or similar)
* Comfortable working closely with design and sales
Nice-to-haves
* B2B marketing experience (or strong relevant experience in a similar space)
* Understanding of responsive web design
* Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Familiarity with AI tools to improve speed and output
* Experience with analytics / performance tracking
* Exposure to DOOH, retail media, or physical-digital products
