We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts & Service Improvement Officer to join us!
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, offering a salary of £32,962 to £36,791 per annum.

The Role
The Contracts & Service Improvement Officer will report to the Strategic Lead and support initiatives to optimize contracts, develop management skills, and coordinate strategic meetings and performance monitoring. The role involves service design, stakeholder engagement, and procurement projects.
Your Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
2. Support contract and service improvement projects.
3. Develop processes, guidance, and toolkits.
4. Coordinate communication and support networks.
5. Identify training opportunities.
6. Assist in service planning and meetings.
7. Produce performance reports for decision-making.
8. Create engagement materials and project plans.
9. Organize strategic contract meetings.
