Position: KYC Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: analyse FO submissions for new client onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF standards.
* Due Diligence: Investigate client ownership structures and assess potential risks, including PEP and negative news evaluations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers and the Financial Crime Group, providing guidance and support on KYC requirements.
* Escalation: Report any suspicious activities or risks to the relevant second line for further advice and action.
* Training & Development: Participate in training new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
* A good understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding Financial Crime, Sanctions, and AML.
* Previous experience in a CDD team within a financial institution is highly desirable.
* Externally recognised qualifications in AML and Customer Due Diligence (e.g., ICA Certificates/ACAMS) are a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - your ability to convey complex information clearly is essential.
