TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well established law firm in Bristol who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive residential property team.

The Role
You will support fee earners on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Managing files under supervision from inception to post-completion
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
* Maintaining accurate case management records
* Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process
Requirements
* Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
* Familiarity with case management systems
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
