What You Will Do:
- Manage the entire sales cycle within your assigned territory, ensuring seamless execution from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve both short-term performance targets and long-term revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, driving sales of a diverse portfolio of products including electromechanical, fatigue, impact, and rheology solutions.
- Deliver tailored, solution-focused product demonstrations to meet customer-specific needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with Account Representatives, Service teams, and Application Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide valuable market insights to influence product development and innovation.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within materials testing, capital equipment, or scientific instrumentation.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex buying processes.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management, coupled with strong self-motivation and initiative.
