We are currently working with a well-established specialist school in Rugby that is looking to appoint SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistency, development, and the chance to make a real impact.
The school supports children and young people with special educational needs, including autism and additional learning needs, and offers a structured, supportive environment for both staff and pupils.
About The Role
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
* Assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
* Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For Candidates Who:
* Have experience working with SEN (school-based, care, or similar settings preferred)
* Are patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting children.
* Are available Monday to Friday on a long-term basis.
* Are open to temporary-to-permanent opportunities
