The Role:
* Join a high growth Real Estate Group.
* Advise Regional & National Clients
* Broad Real Estate Role – but must have experience working with Developers & House Builders; (specific Residential Development experience is beneficial!)
* The existing Partners have won the work, so you will be on hand to assist with this account; but the opportunity to develop and progress your career also.

Requirements:
* Real Estate Lawyer with 5 PQE +
* Experience in Development, or working with House Builder Clients
* Business development experience.
