SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored learning support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs Assist students in enhancing their academic and social skills Monitor and track progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Specialist knowledge and experience in SEN education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN policies and practises Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Strong assessment and evaluation skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Experience with assistive technology Working Conditions: Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
