This role is ideal for someone with a calm, respectful nature who takes pride in delivering gentle, dignified, and consistent support.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant in this serene and spiritual environment, you’ll play an important part in enhancing the wellbeing and comfort of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include personal care, assisting with medication, supporting mealtimes, and engaging residents in light, meaningful activities that promote happiness and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs
Support residents with medication, meal preparation, and eating
Encourage participation in daily activities and offer kind companionship
Provide mobility and physical comfort support with patience and dignity
Help maintain a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming living environment
Promote familiar routines and reassurance to foster comfort and confidence
About You
Previous experience in care, particularly personal support and companionship, is desirable
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and flexible, with a commitment to high standards of care
