Job Description
Role purpose:
To support the Business Development Director with new opportunities, meeting prospects and orchestrating our response. To be a conduit between sales and marketing, ensuring that Marketing are considering sales in their activity and that Marketing activity is being followed up by sales.
Responsibilities
New Business:
1. Work with New Business team to create an active pipeline of prospects that are of high quality and contribute towards the commercial team targets.
2. Attend networking events of brands and agencies to have a pulse of what is happening in market that we can translate for Jaywing.
3. Lead the hunting strategy, by creating our hunting criteria and process and being our drive in insights, strategy, landing page creation and outreach approach, working closely with the BDD, marketing and wider team.
4. Work with the BD team to identify and develop untapped opportunities within the existing database.
5. Prepare proposals, pitches and RFI responses as part of the team.
6. Analyse and report on all your activity, performance and provide insights to the wider team. Understanding where and how we can better target and improve our activity and defining actions to capitalise on our use of CRM to the team and wider business.
