Senior Digital Marketing Manager role at Paragon Banking Group PLC. We are looking for a candidate who is customer obsessed, numbers oriented and passionate about producing amazing creative whilst driving innovation. What you’ll be doing
* Lead the Performance Marketing team through planning, implementing and optimising consumer marketing activities across multiple platforms to deliver strong commercial growth
* Oversee and deliver all aspects of planning, execution, management and optimisation of organic, paid and SEO as part of the wider Marketing plan, encompassing paid search (PPC), display advertising, SEO, social media and content marketing
* Use creative, data-driven media selection, innovation and continual test-and-learn to drive digital marketing for strategic purpose and value
* Integrate activity across channels in the full marketing mix to improve effectiveness and impact, driving awareness and performance for the Paragon and Spring brands
* Ensure delivery of product changes, launches, provide marketing support to the Savings team and manage the paid media budget
About you
* Significant experience in SEO, content marketing, paid media and analytics, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
* Experience working with agencies to lead, plan and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns
* Strong storytelling and creative skills with attention to detail and the ability to innovate in digital channels
* Knowledge and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Adwords, and knowledge of social media and SEO tools
* Experience running high performing, highly engaged teams

Working hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office in Solihull on specific days.
