The position

Job Description
As an
Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients,
you will be responsible for driving new business within the
Nordic market
(Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and autonomous territories: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland).

This role is
based in our London office
and reports directly to our
UKI Country Manager
.

You'll be our
first dedicated sales hire for the Nordics
, with the
opportunity to make your mark as Ringover continues its international expansion
.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the UKI Country Manager to develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Nordic clients (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)
* Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
* Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
* Lead consultative selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in outbound sales within a SaaS environment, with measurable success.
* Experience in selling into the Scandinavian markets
* Confident in cold outreach and skilled in adapting messaging across diverse audiences.
* Business fluent English (both spoken and written), and nice to have fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
* Organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools is a strong plus
* Entrepreneurial spirit — you enjoy building things from scratch and iterating as you go
