Overview
We have a new, exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer within our Faculty of Education, working across the whole Trust. Apprenticeships are increasingly important for the recruitment, retention and training of staff. They apply at all levels, across all disciplines, with more apprenticeship standards being approved nationally. The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role in our Faculty of Education. We have two positions — one clinical coach and one corporate — for three days per week which must include a Wednesday, across both sites, fixed term/secondment until 31st October 2026.
Interview for Clinical will be 15th October; Interview for Corporate will be 16th October. The role involves coordinating the planning and delivery of Apprenticeship training programmes within the trust within either a clinical suite of qualifications.

Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is at the heart of all we do; and it forms part of the ESNEFT's core activities. The Trust operates and relies on everyone treating each other with dignity and respect, to receive equitable and fair treatment in the implementation of Policies, Procedures and in its Practices, to foster positive work relationships, and finally to act with integrity as a professional within ESNEFT as well as a representative of the NHS as a whole. The EDI Agenda reflects the Trust values such as Optimistic, Appreciative and Kind. In line with the NHS Long Term Plan, People Plan, People Promise and a Model Employer intrinsic in the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Agenda, we consistently strive to improve, to take the learning into Action for a better ESNEFT.
