This is a hybrid position with approximately 60% home working and 40% onsite, with flexibility when required.
The Role
You’ll be part of a well-established internal OH service, delivering high-quality, supportive occupational health care.
Your duties will include:
Managing a maximum of 5 case management referrals per day
Producing clear, evidence-based, timely reports
Undertaking health surveillance and statutory medicals
Providing professional advice to managers and HR
Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary OH team
Attending onsite locations across South Yorkshire as required
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (Diploma or Degree in OH)
Experience in case management and occupational health assessments
Confident communicator with strong report-writing skills
Public sector or safety-critical environment experience is beneficial but not essential
