This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Trainee Project Manager to join a respected business delivering high-quality projects across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial sectors. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands-on project experience and structured development, with a clear pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities for a Trainee Project Manager:
* Support the Senior Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of roofing and construction projects
* Liaise professionally with tenants and clients throughout all project stages
* Provide project and administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking
* Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, collections, and operative requirements
* Assist with project planning and maintaining accurate project records
* Work closely with site and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Key Skills for a Trainee Project Manager:
* Experience within Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred or strong construction industry experience
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Confident using IT systems and managing documentation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
* Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
