You will be joining a busy team focused on delivering high-quality service across the residential lettings market. This role suits someone with lettings experience who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced property environment. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords Negotiating tenancy offers between landlords and tenants Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Supporting compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures Delivering high standards of customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner and professional approach Excellent customer service ability Well-presented, organised, and self-motivated Good knowledge of the Aldershot area is advantageous Full UK Driving Licence essential Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop What's In It For You?
