We are recruiting for a Male Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school that supports children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and/or Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). Role Overview: You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, supporting them to engage positively in their learning, manage their emotions, and develop effective strategies to improve behaviour. Many of the pupils have experienced trauma and require consistent, calm, and firm boundaries from staff they can trust.
