This position provides administrative support for the Vice President for Advancement and the Executive Director/Special Assistant to the President for Innovation and University Partnerships. The role involves various office tasks, event coordination, and content creation.

Position Responsibilities
1. Design spreadsheets, documents, tables, and PowerPoint presentations using Microsoft Office.
2. Work independently with strong organizational skills and creative marketing abilities.
3. Perform general office duties such as filing, proofreading, typing correspondence, and data entry.
4. Assist with event logistics and coordination.
5. Create graphics and social media content.
6. Support daily operations of the Advancement Division, University Partnerships, and Messiah Business Institute.
7. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Additional Information
* Preferred Experience: 1 year of general office experience
* Skills Required: Basic knowledge of MS Office, attention to detail, ability to work independently, organizational skills
* Dress Code: Business casual
