Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with the company’s goals.
The Role
* Track and analyze key KPIs.
* Partner with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts.
* Provide financial modeling, support for fundraising, and board reporting.
* Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost/revenue optimization.
* Monitor cash flow and create forecasts.
* Collaborate on financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and stay updated on regulations.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Handle monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
* Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
* Optimize financial systems and reporting tools.
* Deliver financial reports to stakeholders and communicate data effectively.
* Work with the Executive team to evaluate operations.
The Candidate
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
* Alternatively, qualified by experience with sector-relevant 10+ years of experience.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally in SaaS or IT/Tech sectors.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Excel and Xero (preferred).
* Comprehensive accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
