The Role
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to support students with SEMH needs within an Integrated Resource setting. You will play a key role in fostering a nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, assisting them in managing emotions and behaviour.

Support teachers in lesson delivery and adapt resources to meet the needs of SEMH students.

Implement behaviour management strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Monitor and report on students' social, emotional, and academic progress.

Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic student support.

Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Who We're Looking For

Experience working with children with SEMH needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different learning needs.
