Grade 3 SCP 3-4 FTE £20,740 - £21,542 (pending pay award) Actual Annual Salary £18,778 - £19,504 (pending pay award) Permanent, Part time, 33.5 hours per week Term Time Only 39 weeks per year Required September 2025 We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Kinver High School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our ‘warm and welcoming school’ where ‘pupils behave well in lessons’ and ‘are polite and courteous’ (Ofsted Dec 21). As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the class teacher to support students learning, both in groups and one-to-one. You will assist with the preparation of learning materials, help manage student behaviour, and contribute to a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students, and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress.
