As a Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of the theatre team to support in the preparation of theatre for lists and delivery of patient care. You should be able to demonstrate excellent caring and people skills, gained through working in a health care setting. This experience should have given you a good understanding of the fundamental aspects of care. Knowledge and experience of the Operating theatres would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Do you enjoy working in specialist areas such as ENT, MaxFax, and Ophthalmology?
