Making first‑day calls andmunicating with parents/carers
Following school attendance policies and legal frameworks
Working with pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils
Preparing reports and data for SLT,ernors, and external agencies
Conducting home visits (where necessary) alongside safeguarding staff
Supporting wider school administration when needed
What You’ll Need Experience in school attendance, admin, pastoral, or safeguarding
Strong data and IT skills (SIMS/Arbor experience a bonus)
Excellentmunication & relationship‑building skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
A proactive,passionate, and solutions‑focused mindset
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
