Role: HR Advisor Salary: Starting Salary £36,124 (pay award pending) Location: Primary place of work- The Rock Centre, Walsall with hybrid working at other Trust offices, schools and home working to suit the needs of our schools and our Trust and ensure effective and efficient delivery of a centralised HR Service. Closing Date: Friday 22nd August 2025 Interviews: W/C 8th September 2025 We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Advisor who can provide professional HR Advice and Support to our schools and Trust leaders. This is a generalist role where you will be required to provide a professional HR advisory service, including recruitment, employee relations, organisational change and staff wellbeing. You will work closely with Senior Leaders across our schools and Trust, building positive, professional and credible relationships. We are a HR team who strive to continuously improve, and as such there will be the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects and develop new ways of working.
