Client Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated healthcare assistant to provide support to a female client with a tracheostomy in place.
What HFH offers
* Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with continuity from a small core team of regular care staff.
* Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.
* Where possible, work will be offered to match your availability. As a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week and earns £500 - £555 per week.
* The regular three-day-per-week pattern corresponds to an average annual income of approximately £26,200 - £28,950.
* We employ all staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, avoiding third-party intermediaries. PAYE also protects you from IR35 tax risks.
* *Please note: This rate is inclusive of holiday pay accrued per hour worked, depending on shift pattern (days/nights/weekends).

Salary: £12.50 - 16.00 (Including Holiday pay - £14.00 - £17.93)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts available days and nights
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Provide care to a female client with a tracheostomy, following care plans and instructions from supervisory staff.
* Work a pattern that may include days, nights, and weekends, with shifts typically 12 hours long.
* Be part of a small core team providing continuity of care for the client.
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in the client’s condition to the team.
Job Eligibility
* Experience with tracheostomy care preferred.
* Ability to work in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
