Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We require approximately 5 years of experience in a similar IT Manager role. We require proven experience with backups and restoration. We require experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. We require strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies. We require experience in cloud computing. We require experience with managed workflows and creating documents from workflows. We require the ability to maintain architecture for platforms. We require an excellent eye for detail. We require experience in safe change management. Experience in the auditing process would be beneficial. Experience supporting a regulated organisation would be an advantage. Responsibilities: We manage IT operations for a company based in Watford. We work in a hybrid arrangement, with office attendance 2 to 3 days per week. We support a team of 5 people. We assist with the helpdesk when needed. We handle backups and restoration activities. We work with CRM systems, including Salesforce where applicable. We support Microsoft and cloud computing environments. We manage workflows and create documents from workflows. We maintain architecture for platforms. We oversee safe change management and ensure updates transition smoothly. We support regular updates and changes across the organisation. We contribute to auditing activities where required.
