We are looking for an organised, Trustworthy and Hardworking Administrator to join our team based in Gloucester. Knowledge of procurement and purchasing would be preferred and even better to have this knowledge with the construction/building trade would be advantageous. About the Role: As the Onboarding & Procurement Administrator you will be required to provide support services to the branches including purchase order processing, supplier management, information, contact details and emergency support in order to let the branches focus entirely on providing service to the client. Duties will include; Answer phone calls from operatives to purchase materials or hire equipment from suppliers. Manage service now requests for non-urgent orders. To raise purchase orders received via service now or on the telephone Manage overhead spend including PPE and Uniform, Office equipment and stationary processes Subcontractor Database management and PQQ processing Van stock implementation, management, and reporting To set up and verify new suppliers and subcontractors Booking company parcels to go out with couriers Adhock office duties Role Criteria: We are keen to meet candidates who have worked in a similar role within Construction or Building trades.
