Key Responsibilities:
As our Hire Desk Controller, you'll manage all aspects of daily hire desk operations, including:
* Coordinating equipment availability, allocation, and scheduling
* Maintaining accurate records of hire agreements, returns, and extensions
* Monitoring equipment utilisation and reporting on hire performance
* Liaising with clients, site managers, and transport teams for timely deliveries
* Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company hire policies
* Processing invoices, payments, and hire documentation
* Resolving client queries or disputes regarding hire services
* Tracking maintenance schedules and coordinating equipment servicing
* Supporting sales and operations teams with hire availability insights
