About the role Were a small, energetic team and were looking for someone who can coordinate the day-to-day sales liaison with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services. Reporting to our Communications Director, youll be responsible for the contact management of sales leads, responding primarily via email to people who enquire, answering questions and arranging initial meetings between prospects and our Directors, ensuring regular contact with interested parties and following up contacts after events and webinars to maximise conversion while also keeping our CRM updates and preparing monthly sales reports. Youll be liaising with senior leaders in the organisations we work with, Managing Directors, Head teachers, Bursars and Business Managers; busy people who dont really want to be sold to, so a careful, professional communications style is essential. We have proactive marketing campaigns already in place to generate leads and there is flexibility for you to get involved in our marketing activities if this is of interest to ensure the marketing and sales efforts are aligned. The successful candidate will take on a key position that we anticipate will grow and develop as the business expands and it is hoped that in time, the right candidate will be able to take on a greater remit in business development as we build a sales team. The right person will be motivated by working within o ur small (but lovely) office in the centre of Wokingham, but there can be flexibility for some home working where necessary.
