GI Group are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford, our client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrial estate. Basics - Rate: £14.40ph Starting Rate - Shift: Afternoon / Mids - Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm/ Friday's 12.30pm to 19.30 - Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rate: £14.40 (Overtime rates paid at a higher rate) Overtime rate dependent on when completed. - Uplifts are available dependent on satisfactory review: * After 12 weeks - Uplift 1 - £14.84 * After 24 weeks - Uplift 2 - £15.27 Duties: * Working as part of a team on multiple assembly lines throughout the site. * Building up different types of vehicle turbos from engineering drawings and schematics. * Build using small components and various hand tools. * Intricate assembly work using small delicate parts. * Candidates will need to have good hand eye coordination and excellent attention to detail to ensure each build has great quality.
