Be among the first 25 applicants. A Welwyn Garden City based company is seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role supports the smooth operation of the office and all administrative functions.
Responsibilities
* Track and close actions on the service tracker.
* Assist the team with quote generation and quotation process management.
* Be responsible for checking quote status with clients.
* Chase contract and non-contract purchase orders.
* Perform other administration duties as required to aid service delivery, quality review and financial matters.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
* Knowledge of CRM software is advantageous, though training will be given.

Details
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Salary: GBP 26,000 – GBP 28,000 per annum plus Workplace Pension and death in service insurance, plus annual health assessment (after one year of service).
