(benefits, specificities, etc.) Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary escalation point for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and other critical service issues - Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual commitments - Monitor workload distribution and optimise team performance and productivity - Manage end-to-end processes in SAP, primarily within Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) - Oversee repair orders, exchange orders, and spare parts sales transactions - Ensure accurate documentation, including work orders, billing, and service confirmations - Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to provide timely repair status updates - Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure parts availability and effective inventory control - Manage turnaround times (TAT) for component repairs and support on-time delivery targets - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including customs and shipping documentation - Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, including EASA, FAA, CAA, and CAAC standards - Verify the accuracy of airworthiness documentation, including EASA Form 1 and FAA 8130-3 - Maintain full traceability of parts and repair history Candidate skills & requirements What You'll Bring - Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience - 3-7 years' experience in aviation MRO, aerospace, repair operations, or a similar customer service environment - Proven experience managing AOG situations and time-critical logistics - Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly SD and MM modules (PM knowledge would be advantageous) - Familiarity with MRO systems, aviation ERP tools, and repair order processes - Understanding of airworthiness documentation and aviation regulatory compliance requirements - Advanced Excel and reporting skills - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and compliance - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Lean or Six Sigma experience is desirable Position location Job location Europe, UK, England City (-ies) Stafford Road WV10 7EH Wolverhampton
