* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.
* Support the store manager by deputising when they are not available and handling HR processes.
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open feedback.
* Become a local community ambassador, supporting the Store Manager in delivering the local Co-op community plan.
About the Role

* A strong ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues is essential.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are also required.
