As a dynamic team, we are recognised worldwide as a technical leader in commercial fuel systems, responsible for the end-to-end development of the fuel system for all our aircraft, including:
Aircraft Integration;
Our teams are responsible for the design of the complete fuel gauging and control system across every commercial Airbus aircraft, at all stages of the development lifecycle.
You can expect to contribute to meaningful work across our entire fleet, from R&T projects like to supporting the flight test campaigns of the AULR. Computer-based engineering (software, modelling);
Mechatronics & Electronics.
You will have the flexibility to tailor your year according to what interests and inspires you while developing your knowledge of our systems and aircraft. To help us understand your interests, please propose the area that most inspires you when applying via your cover letter.
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.
Aerospace and/or Aeronautical Engineering;
Computer Engineering and/or Science;
Computer Modelling;
Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering;
Systems Engineering;
Mechanical and/or Mechatronic Engineering;
Software Engineering.
Naturally excited to work in the aviation industry, to explore engineering principles and create solutions based on technical intuition & evidence;
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
