Mondrian Alpha are working exclusively with a prestigious and well-funded Family Office, seeking a Property Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across a £1bn global real estate portfolio.
This role will report into the Property Development Director and work closely with the CFO and Principal, sitting within a lean, high-calibre team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of capex and development projects, acting as the lead across the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion and handover. The portfolio spans high-profile residential assets across the UK, Western Europe, and South America.
The position is highly delivery-focused, with responsibility for managing external consultants and contractors, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will monitor costs closely, challenge assumptions to drive value, and provide regular reporting on project progress, financials, and risks to senior stakeholders. The role also involves site visits, contract oversight (JCT exposure beneficial), and coordination across internal and external parties to ensure efficient execution.
Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in property, with a clear focus on project or development management. A background in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of cost control and project delivery. Relevant qualifications (e.g. RICS) are advantageous.
Strong academics, excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, and a commercially astute, detail-oriented mindset are essential. The role requires an individual who is proactive, credible, and capable of operating independently within a high-performance environment.
