We're recruiting on behalf of an established and well-respected financial services organisation for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This is perfect for someone with strong local connections and a passion for helping clients, who wants to start a career in self-employed mortgage and financial advice with full support and training.
The role:
Learn and deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice
Manage cases from enquiry to completion
Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals
Receive training, lead generation, marketing support, and coaching
What you'll need:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Based within 60 minutes of Cranleigh
Desire to succeed and build your own business
Determination and resilience
