We can offer
A warm, nurturing school community underpinned by a strong ethos; the support of a hardworking, committed team of staff and governors and happy children who are keen to learn. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of and to shape the practice in our school. Our recent Estyn Inspection (March 2023) noted many strengths; Neyland Community School is a place where pupils, staff and families feel welcomed and supported. The school has a strong caring ethos and a culture of teamwork among staff and the local community, with a rich, broad and balanced range of learning experiences and additional provision.
At our school we talk about going above and beyond and actively demonstrate this to our children, families and community. The successful applicant will be part of this ethos and provide rich learning experiences to our pupils.
