Your new companyI am recruiting for a reputable not-for-profit organisation.Your new roleThis is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting. Key duties include but not limited to:
* Assign audits and service inspections.
* Replenishing documentation/supplies.
* Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email.
* Monitor audits and service inspections ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
* Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you will require:
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong and current administration skills
* Great organisational and coordination skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to manage your own workloads and work on your own initiative
