This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking to develop their practice within a supportive and innovative department. Experience of teaching Art and/or Photography would be a significant advantage. The Role The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Design Technology or a related subject Have experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 Demonstrate a strong track record of securing positive student outcomes Be confident using IT to enhance teaching and learning Be committed to continuous professional development Be an effective form tutor who understands the importance of pastoral care Champion a values-led education and contribute positively to the wider school community Believe that students make the best progress when lessons are well planned and delivered to a high standard You will join a welcoming and collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and high-quality teaching practice.
