We’re hiring a Graduate Project Manager to work at the intersection of RF engineering, product development, and technical delivery. You’ll be supporting senior engineers and product leads in designing, testing, and refining next-gen spectrum monitoring systems used by defence and intelligence customers worldwide.
In this role, you’ll:
1. Translate engineering insights into product specs and test plans
2. Run experiments and field tests with real hardware
3. Coordinate across software, hardware, and systems teams
4. Get direct exposure to product lifecycle and stakeholder management
5. Contribute to defining internal tools and workflows
We’re looking for:
6. A STEM degree (physics, electronics, or related)
7. Interest or academic experience in RF systems or embedded devices
8. Great communication skills — you're comfortable talking to engineers
9. A self-starter mindset and willingness to get hands-on
