Our client is a specialist within Retail Design, Manufacture, and installation, covering shopfitting, shop in shops, pop up shops, window displays, exhibitions, POS and POP. They work collaboratively with Brands, Retailers, Agencies, Designers, Marketers and Architects; providing a range of services from initial concept design, through to technical development, manufacture and installation.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking to add several new team members, including an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager. You will work alongside the other project managers communicating with clients and ensuring all project requirements are adhered to.
Job Role
Assist with project management activities, coordinating resources, information and equipment
Follow project process and allocate tasks to internal teams
Day-to-day administrative tasks to support the business needs
Excellent day-to-day client communication ensuring all timescales are met
Attend client meetings and take briefs, providing feedback to the team
Work closely with the Project Manager to identify potential issues and eliminate risks
Be the point of contact for external suppliers
Work within the companies’ procedures and guidelines, ensuring standards and requirements are met
Support the team with the preparation of budgets and procurement management
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and issue H&S documentation for each project
