5. Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career growth.
Candidate Profile
* Commercial awareness with an understanding of the retail market and growth opportunities.
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
* Sales acumen with a proactive approach to engaging customers.
* Commitment to training and developing team members.
* Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
