Administrative Support Officer Role Description:
We require a skilled Legal Secretary to work closely with our team of Solicitors, supporting them with a range of administrative tasks.
Your duties will include:
* Managing diaries and timetables for our fee earners.
* Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and agreements.
* Providing dictation services.
* Handling case management administration and filing.
* Communicating with clients.
* Reviewing documents and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Carrying out various administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and database maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working as a Legal Secretary.
* Previous experience in a private client legal environment (preferable).

* Highly organised and able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficient in modern technology and software including audio and copy typing and diary management.
