Working closely with our Financial Services legal teams, we partner with clients to deliver both proactive compliance enhancements and responsive support during periods of regulatory scrutiny, including thematic reviews and supervisory engagement.
Our Financial Services consultancy supports leading banks, fintechs, asset managers, and insurance firms with specialist regulatory, compliance, and operational resourcing.
The Opportunity
We are supporting a well-established financial advice firm in the appointment of an Interim Head of Compliance (SMF16) during a key period of growth and increased regulatory focus.
This role will be instrumental in overseeing and strengthening the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with FCA requirements, and supporting ongoing business development initiatives.
You will work closely with senior leadership to:

* Manage regulatory relationships
* Embed robust compliance and risk frameworks across the organisation
