As Junior Office Manager, you'll help keep our busy agency running smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional office environment. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across office operations, administration, and people support.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment
Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
Ordering and managing office supplies, including stationery and kitchen stock
Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance and repairs
Supporting with internal systems such as Slack, Kisi, and Gett
Assisting with basic IT and office set-up support
Organising staff and client gifts
Providing administrative support to Directors and the wider team
Assisting with office budgets and team events
Attending weekly team meetings and agency gatheringsPeople & Culture Support
You'll also play an important role in supporting our positive company culture by:
Assisting with onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
Maintaining employee records on BrightHR
Supporting annual reviews and employee check-ins
Helping organise social, charity, and community initiatives
Keeping the Finance Director updated on office activity and flagging any issues proactivelyAbout You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people at all levels
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
Strong administrative and IT skills
