ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure and cloud services across the K3 Capital Group. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations & Cybersecurity Director to ensure our technology systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.
As an all-round IT professional, you'll be responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 environment, Azure infrastructure, endpoint management through Intune, network systems, and broader IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient engineer who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services
* Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
* Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies within M365
* Implement and maintain collaboration tools and workflows to enhance productivity
* Monitor service health and resolve M365-related incidents and service requests
