Job Description:
Handle Recruitment is seeking a passionate and driven Content Coordinator who speaks Spanish and English fluently, with a love for sports and travel, for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious sports circuit.
This role involves community management, content creation, and social media engagement, primarily in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with regular overseas travel.
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 based on experience
Work schedule: 5 days a week in the office, with flexibility around travel; out-of-hours work may be required during tournaments, including travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of Content & Brand Content Manager to develop content strategies.
* Engage with fans daily in English and Spanish on social media platforms.
* Create and manage a content calendar and produce daily content.
* Stay updated on social media trends and propose new content ideas.
* Coordinate with tournament organizers for content collaborations.
Qualifications:
* Experience in social media community management, preferably in sports.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages.
* Passion for social media, with knowledge of current trends and tactics.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video or graphic design is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
